7MC & Teamviewer EDID Problem

I use Teamviewer to access my HTPC and all is good if I have my Integra Receiver turned on. Teamviewer displays at 1920x1080
If the Integra is off then Teamviewer displays at 1024x768 which can be adjusted to 1600x1200 using the resolution settings in Teamviewer.
I have saved my EDID from when the Integra is turned on and when I turned off the Integra and try to load the EDID into the monitor settings, there is no monitor in the Device manager.
If I load the EDID when the Integra is turned on it still reverts back to 1024x768 with the Integra turns off.
Does anyone know how I can maintain a 1920x1080 with the Integra turned off please?
Thanks

I think you first need to go back to basics, and isolate the issue from Teamviewer. So with Teamviewer uninstalled, and using just native clean install of Windows7 with OEM GPU video drivers, and just using the console, does a Generic PnP monitor appear in device manager?, and does the 1920x1080 resultion stick with and without the Integra on and off ? and with the Integra turned on and using 1920x1080 resulotion, can you share the output of EDID data as extracted from the moninfo application ?

As the TV is my monitor for my media pc I cannot see any display when I turn off the Integra. If I connect the pc directly to TV all is Ok.
The problem only occurs when connecting from workshop PC to Media pc. I do this when I want to work on Media PC without turning on the Integra or TV.
There may not be an answer to this
Thanks again
