WIN GEM GO! Guide issue

I have an issue with these channels in the guide. Each day, at whatever time live TV is accessed, the programs running on these channels stay as the current program. HArd to describe so I'll put it this way. The current program moves accross the guide. When it gets to the end of the program, it takes the place of the next program using its time slot.
Its a pain in the but because you are not sure what is currently on those channels but the biggest issue is I can't record on these chanels as the scheduled program/recording affectively disappears when it commences.
As I said its hard to describe unless you see it.
These are Illawarra stations and Im not at the moment using a third party epg. Its happening to both my PCs.
Anyone got any ideas?

Are you still having this problem, I am in West Nsw and seem to be having the same problem on the *Nine network channels, programs seem to dissapper off the guide. The show I have requested will be on the guide, I then select record but the previous show rolls on and the requested recording dissappers.
I am currently doing some research on this issue as it has been ongoing for a few weeks now.

You would have to think that these errors would have to be originating in the program stream rather than the HTPC.

I have checked the TVs in the house, On all three the EPG works fine and are giving the correct information, I am thinking the issue may be with Media Centre itself not reconizing the information change.
I will do a bit more research.

I have just found this story I am wondering if this has anything to do with the problem.

I have two tuners in a new Win 7 MCE build that is fully patched.
Today at 4.30pm I was watching Gem, then WIN started recording at 5pm (behind the scenes). About the same time I switched to Ten and watched that until just before 6.30pm. I had two other shows to record at 6.30 (WIN, 11), so the usual warning about "changing channel to record" came up and I let it switch over automatically. The program popup came up saying "recording" and the title of the show was correct (WIN News), but then changed to the previous show (Hot Seat?). From then on the guide always shows the current show as at 4.30pm today. The show length/time slots are correct, but the title/synopsis is wrong.
This has been happening for a few months now and is very frustrating! I've seen around the only resolution is ICE TV, which I've used before and was okay, but we should be able to rely on the EPG data. If this is a bug with MCE I hope it is patched soon!

So it seems to be enabling itself again, and causing guide issues as well?
Any ideas on disabling it for good?
