I want to buy a media center for my home but I'm not sure which one to buy. Do you have any suggestion on Media Center?

It depends on a few things:
- what functionality you want, what do you want it to do?
- What is your skill level with computers? ie W7 or linux
- what is your tolerance for problems and trouble shooting?

W7 for instance is a great MC with great functionality. But is definitely not something you can buy off the shelf that will simply work and keep working without a little tinkering here and there.

There is great satisfaction to be had when you achieve a super stable system... and great frustration when you just cant get it right. :P and thats why I love WMC B) B)

Anyhow, give some more info and we will give better advice :D

I had a bad experience with a Pioneer Dreamvision MC (it was anything but a dream) and recommend NOT getting one of these dreadful machines. It was very expensive and was always crashing and the front panel display did not work properly.

You can try to go any online store and search for the most popular one for your HTPC.

Do you have a budget for the HTPC?
