I just found some internet TV stations on the programme guide. I can see the titles but I don't seem to be able to see the programmes. Does anyone know how to access them? Is it a subscription only service?

these aren't available in australia - if you've set your system up to be US locale (to get some of the other MC goodies) - it will show you all this stuff (and things like sports lounge) - but once you go to view video it will detect that your ip address is outside US and block you from watching the stream. You're not missing much though (mainly just bits and pieces of b grade content) - but if you are really keen to watch it you can use a US Proxy server service (as you would to access things like Hulu from here) - there's some info floating around these forums on how to do that (nb: if you get UK or other proxy servers you can see other content as the MS internet tv stuff is localized to about 6 markets I think - AU is not one of them of course).
