I think this may be related to other folks also reporting a crash during the remux stage. I've put a fix for it temporarily in BETA 20.

But can you upload the original media file so I try to see what is failing to remux in the first place.

Thanks,
ramit

Good news, and thanks to folks like you who provide +ve feedback keep us going.

You video sample was extremely helpful! I've found the problem which laywith the remuxer and I've found an alternative solution to the problem. The issue is that the existing remuxer does not support all types of video streams, it works great on some and doesn't on others.

So in short, I've got another way to fix this problem:

1. Try to encoder with the default remuxer, (fast)
2. it it doesn work try the fallback remuxer (slight slower)

Look for this fix in the next release BETA 21.

Hi again Ramit,

One hour of recording in the same format (the same channel) is about 4 Gb file, and due to my upload speed, i'm afraid it could be really difficult to send you this file. Now i'm recording this channel to send you a 1-2 Gb file.

Thanks again for your work.

Regards :)
