Hi Folks
This may (or may not) be a dumb question, but what is it called (if it has a name) when a PVR stores a recorded programing using the EPG data rather than just a system generated name (date and time). Reason for asking is that I purchased a low end Strong box for my mother in law and when it records a program (which you set via the EPG) it stores it on the external USB drive with a system name that you then have to manually change using the remote (and this sux). I had not encountered this before as I had been using WMC. So....if I am to purchase another PVR (looking at a 2TB Astone 380DT for example) does this recording feature have a name that I should be looking for.......or did I just do something horribly wrong with the Strong Box???
