Ever since I upgraded to Beta18 to fix some issues it has stopped renaming my files to season/episode #'s. This worked fine with beta17.

Folks, I found the problem. It's to do with a Windows limitation. At the end of the conversion by MCEBuddy, the file is renamed by looking at the metadata (series, episode number etc).

Here's the issue, if the TOTAL LENGTH of the (NEW_FILENAME + PATH) > 255 characters, the rename fails.

I've put a temporary patch (again this is a windows limitation, we can just work around it) for this which should cause much fewer fails if any at all in the next release but in the meanwhile here is how you can prevent it from happening.

The Length of the PATH is in your hands. i.e. install MCEBuddy in a shorter directory:
e.g. Install MCEBuddy in C:\MCEBuddy instead of the standard program files folder and this problem should reduce

Wait for Release 21 to get a workaround.

2 questions here:
1. Are you able to successfully convert to DIVX?
2. What name are you getting now and what were you getting earlier (and with which version)?
