Welcome to the MCEBuddy forums at the Australian Media Center Community!

The MCEBuddy 2.x Bug Reports is used to bugs in the MCEBuddy 2.x versions, including betas.

To start a new report click the Start New Topic button and select the appropriate Topic Prefix.

Please post the following with any bug report:

  • The version of MCEBuddy being used
  • A description of the problem
  • Upload a small (<300mb) example recording file that reproduces the problem to rapidshare.com. Please do this if you can as this is the most effective way of reproducing and thereby fixing the problem. Without a sample it is usually impossible to diagnose.
  • A copy of the log file generated for the conversion and the mcebuddy.log file located in the \Program Files\MCEBuddy\log directory
  • A copy of the config files located in the \Program Files\MCEBuddy\config directory
  • If the files were generated by anything other than a straight recording from Windows Media Center, MediaPortal, etc. please say so.
