Windows 7 Media Center Entries not working

Been having this issue since I can remember.. finally decided to post about it since I cant find a solution!
Any custom entries dont work.
The first entry in the a strip works fine. Any entries after that, when you select on them, they go to the first entry in the strip.
Example:
A strip with Media Browser, Play DVD, Play Blu-ray (in that order).
I click on Media Browser, works fine.
I click on Play DVD, it goes to Media Browser. Same for Play Blu-ray
(these are just examples)
Have tried numerous times to fix. Restore settings to default, recreate strips/entries etc nothing seems to be working.
Has anyone else encountered this issue / has a fix for it?
Using Media Center Studio 0.0.6.5

Using Media Center Studio 0.0.6.5
try this Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative Tools\services Windows Media Center Receiver Service stop goto C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\eHome make a new folder and move all files except (mcepg2-0.db move this file and you need to rescan tv) to it run mediacenter studeo and set up entry points you may need to hit save after each entry point
1 thing i have noticed is that media center studio will copy ehres.dll and Microsoft.MediaCenter.Shell.dll back to C:\ProgramData\Media Center Studio\Backups if they are deleted or damaged now if the ones in ehome are damaged it will copy damaged ones back to backup
a fresh copy of ehres.dll and Microsoft.MediaCenter.Shell.dll can be found in C:\Windows\winsxs or a backup of windows copy them back to C:\ProgramData\Media Center Studio\Backups
make sure that only ehres.dll and Microsoft.MediaCenter.Shell.dll are in C:\ProgramData\Media Center Studio\Backups you may need to delete any theme that you made if it crashes again
