Just got an email from digitalnow that the quad tuner is up for sale now.

I've been helping test it out for them and I give it a thumbs up

cheers
Anton

I just went to the website and purchased one of these as I was pretty keen to get one. Received an email back from them saying that it is not in stock until Mid September, so anyone wanting to get one now be aware that there will be a delay in getting these.:(

Amazing! 4 HDTV tuners with FM and DAB+ and only one antenna.
I wonder how good the reception is?

It handles watching 4 channels at once without a problem but I would suggest using a decent external antenna.

A quad for $199 is compelling instead of 2 Hauppauge HVR2200s at $176 each...

Cool, how does DAB+ radio sound on this card?

I just had a look at the website and it's stated both on the home page and product page that the ETA is mid September. Sorry if you thought otherwise.

I only thought otherwise because of what Anton posted!

What do you mean by external antenna? You mean plugging it into the antenna that is on most houses or something else. I see that it comes with a small antenna in the box and I imagine that it probably isn't very good?

How do you find the channel change times? Was it easy to set up? any problems with the operation or setup of it?

Certainly looks like an interesting card. I am looking into getting something new and a quad tuner would be pretty good.

As long as the tuner sensitivity & channel change speed are decent, it looks like a very compelling card. And it's low profile too!

I know I don't need one, but.....:rolleyes::D

This would free up one of my pci-e slots allowing room for a dual pci-e dvb-s tuner, interesting. Better option than two single pci dvb-s cards.

If reports are good might have to retire my e700 and hvr2200.

sounds like you have this card ? if yes, would you mind running DPC latency checker ? and share the output with us ? and how fast is channel change time ?
