This is my Media Center. I designed and built the wall mount case and filled it with my favorite parts. The best part about this Media Center is that the wife finally approved one of my Media Center concoctions. The OTA Antenna is mounted in the attic, and the cable is coming from the basement as is the 120V. Receiver is also in the basement with surround in the living room. I am also a gamer, so this case can take the larger video cards and a full size power supply, MATX mobo though. Of course all controls are wireless. I purposely built in room for wireless receivers. Problem is the RF Receivers don't really pick up well inside the case...duh, so they are run into the basement and mounted on the basement ceiling.
